WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME?

For Print Wear orders, expect shipping within 1-5 working days. For Custom-made Local Wear items, a lead time of 10-14 working days is required for manufacturing and branding. Rest assured, if we complete your order sooner, you will receive prompt notification and confirmation of shipment.

HOW DO I SUBMIT MY ARTWORK?

Kindly upload a high-resolution file, preferably in PNG format at 300dpi with a transparent background. Ensure that the image is cropped precisely to the artwork boundaries. Additionally, a vector artwork file is also welcomed for submission.

DO YOU OFFER SHIPPING?

We provide shipping services within the borders of RSA. Customers in neighbouring countries are required to make their own shipping arrangements.

CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?

Certainly, for orders placed through our sales team, collection is available. Please note that to enhance our service e5ciency, the online platform does not currently provide the option for collection.

WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?

For Local & Print wear, there is no Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ). Wholesale pricing becomes applicable for quantities starting from 15 units per style and color. Headwear has a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) of 25 units per color, style, and artwork.

WHAT CAN I DO TO STREAMLINE MY ORDER PROCESS?

Please provide a comprehensive breakdown of your order, including style codes, colours, and variant sizes for each item. If printing is necessary, please include the print size and placement details. A mock-up would be highly beneficial in this case.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Track your order conveniently online. A link will be sent by one of our sales representatives for your confirmation of all order details and artworks. This link encompasses stock received, printing completion, shipping information, and the waybill number.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDE AFTER I’VE PAID THE INVOICE?

For any color change, a 20% restocking fee applies. This is necessary to cover the manufacturing process and the return of fabrics to our suppliers. Additionally, this adjustment will reset the lead time. Any additions to an order will be treated as a new order, following its own set of lead times.
